The total surface area of each studio is 32 m², plus a patio of 8 m². Each studio sleeps 3.

In the main room you’ll find a good quality folding bed and wardrobe, as well as a sofa bed, a table, 3 chairs, a halogen lamp, and a television. In a built-in cupboard there is an ironing board and iron, a Hoover, extra pillows and blankets.

Cuisine Les Lavandes

The kitchen, separated from the main room, is fully equipped with a sink, a fridge, a micro wave, a hob (electric) an oven and a dishwasher. In the cupboards you can find plates, cups, mugs cutlery, saucepans etc… all for 3 people. There is also a pressure cooker, a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a toaster.

Salle de bains Les Lavandes

The shower room has a wash basin, a bidet, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. Each studio has its own electric water-heater.

The terrace (8 m²) is facing South, the pool is just a few steps below with the sea in the horizon.

It is equipped with an awning, a table, 3 chairs, 2 armchairs, a coffee table as well as 3 deckchairs.

Your car can be parked inside the property, which is closed by an automatic gate.

The studios are non-smoking inside, but you can smoke outside.
