These prices include local tax, water, gas and electricity (up to 100 kwh per week, above that: 0.16 cents per kwh).
Holiday discount :
- If staying 2 weeks, reduction of 10 € per week
- If staying 3 weeks, reduction of 15 € per week

- Bed linen : 25 € per bed and per week, 35 € for 2 beds and per week
- End of stay cleaning: 25 €
